House Reis is complete, and the finished home is every bit the masterpiece it was designed to be. Set in the exclusive Zululami Coastal Estate at Sheffield Beach, this double-storey residence by the acclaimed Paul Nel Architects was shaped around its unique landscape and erf orientation, with every line of the design working to balance entertainment and privacy against breathtaking coastal views.

From the free-form pool and timber-clad entertainment deck to the curved stone-and-timber entrance, sculpted staircase and light-filled living spaces, the home showcases the precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail that define a Jemstruct build.

A magnificent build deserves equally awesome clients, and we are incredibly grateful to the Reis family for trusting us to bring their vision to life. Thank you for the partnership, the patience and the shared pride in a home that truly redefines luxury living on the Dolphin Coast.
